  • Day Supports

    Day Support Services offers daytime support and activities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It helps them learn new skills, socialize, and participate in community activities, aiming to improve their quality of life and independence. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Community Living and Supports

    Community Living and Support Services help people with disabilities live independently in their communities by providing support with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and transportation. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Residential AFL Services

    Alternative Family Living Services offers individuals with disabilities a family-like environment where they live with specially trained caregivers who provide support and assistance with daily tasks, fostering independence and community integration. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Community Networking

    NC Innovations Community Networking Services connects people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to their communities, helping them find social activities and resources for a fulfilling life outside of formal services. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Supported Employment

    Supported Employment aids adults 16 years or older with selecting, obtaining, and maintaining a Job. Jobs are found based on individual preferences, assets, skills, and experiences. Staff assists individuals while on the job. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • 1915(i) Wavier Services

    1915(i) Services is a Medicaid program in North Carolina offering funding for personalized home and community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live independently and engage in their communities. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Respite Services

    Respite services provide periodic support and relief to the primary caregiver(s) for the responsibility and stress of caring for the participant. The primary caregiver is the person principally responsible for the care and supervision of the client, who maintains his/her primary residence at the same address as the client. This service enables the primary caregiver to meet or participate in planned or emergency events and to have planned time for him/her and/or family members. Respite may include in-home or out-of-home services, including overnight and weekend care. Emergency care (family emergency-based, not to include out-of-home crisis) or continuous care up to 10 consecutive days is also available. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.

  • Crisis Services

    Crisis Services offer urgent help to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during crisis situations. They provide immediate support, counseling, and coordination with emergency services to ensure safety and well-being. Medication managment and monitoring is provided for this service.
